So how do I do so? The first option in the menu that the start long press brings up offers an "on screen controller" that you can use to send a normal "guide" button press (or any other button that you don't currently have working). Back now has its normal functionality restored, and holding either Start or Back (forget which one) opens up the Steam LINK overlay, with no option to conveniently summon the Steam overlay or use custom chords I had previously set up, like a screenshot shortcut.
